Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, workbooks, audio files, and downloadable materials are final.
No refunds will be issued once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Memberships
Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
Cancellation will stop future billing; however, previously paid membership fees are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests resulting from duplicate charges or billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
